Select Initial Barline

For use with Sibelius 22.x, Sibelius 23.x and Sibelius 24.x

__Initial version 20 December 2023. Version 01.06.00. From anywhere in the score this plugin will select the initial barline that is at the start of the first bar in a score, or the location where the barline would be if visible. This is the default barline, and will be selected even if there is a Start Repeat barline in bar 1. Thanks to Chi Kim for telling me the secret.
