Misplaced Blank Page Text

Version 01.08.00
Added 19 Sep 2020 (last updated 23 Sep 2020)

For use with Sibelius 7.1, Sibelius 7.5, Sibelius 8.x, Sibelius 18.x, Sibelius 19.x and Sibelius 20.x

Misplaced Blank Page Text is blank page text that has lost its connection to a (probably deleted) blank page, and is wandering aimlessly onto normal pages. This plugin will find and display any such text in the range of its selected bars.

You can multiselect any text in the listbox and delete it.

Any remaining undeleted misplaced text will be selected at the end of the plugin.

Since Blank Page Text lives in the System Staff, you will get the same results running the plugin on the full score or a part. I recommend selecting the entire score or part when you run the plugin.

If you choose to hide the dialog, the plugin will gather up and trace any misplaced text without deleting it. Run it under the plugin Run Plugin On Folder of Scores to proofread a full folder of scores for misplaced text. The first time you run the plugin in a session, you will see the dialog. If the first score has misplaced text, you may want to choose Trace List for that score before hiding the dialog.

Updated 22 September 2020. Version 01.08.00. Added optional tracing and/or deletion of misplaced blank page graphics.
