Toggle True LV Ties

For use with Sibelius 20.x, Sibelius 21.x, Sibelius 22.x, Sibelius 23.x and Sibelius 24.x

First version 01.05.00. Requires Sibelius Ultimate 2020.3 or later.

Will toggle LV Ties on or off in a single step. If an untied note is selected, the plugin will add an LV tie to it. If a note with an LV Tie is selected, it will remove the tie and its LV state.

If it encounters a normal tied note, it does nothing. It was tricky deciding what to do it this case, turning it into an LV tie is possible, but so is removing the tie, so I decided that avoiding possibly removing data unintentionally was probably best.

Assign to a shortcut for single key action.
