Simplify Accidentals

For use with Sibelius 3.x
This updated version of this plug-in fixes the following problems:
- user-defined beaming of notes is lost when running the plug-in
- quartertone and other microtonal accidentals are removed
For Sibelius 5, use the shipping version of this plugin
