Respell Sharps as Flats

For use with Sibelius 3.x and Sibelius 4
The version of this plug-in that ships with Sibelius 3 and Sibelius 4 has three problems:
- Any ties in notes that are respelled will be deleted
- The plug-in produces incorrect accidentals for transposing instruments
- Unison notes are not respelled correctly
This updated version corrects these problems.
For Sibelius 5, use the shipping version of this plugin
