Add Chord Diagrams

For use with Sibelius 5
Adds chords diagrams at the same location as selected chord symbols. The chord voicings are determined by what is currently selected in the Create Chord Diagram dialog.
Updated 2 April 2009 for internal code cleanup
This plugin will run in Sibelius 6, but it should not be needed. Use the new ability of chord symbols to hide or show diagrams instead.
