Hello everyone,


We are aware of the recent issues affecting folks when trying to Sync licenses on Avid Link. We suspect that it might be related to the Cloudflare outage that occurred on Friday. Please be informed that we are working with the IT team to have this resolved as soon as possible. We've opened AMPT-14351 Avid Link | Stuck in Synchronizing Account for this issue.

For now, we recommend doing the offline activation steps in the knowledge base link below to activate Sibelius.

how long do you think the failuere will last ?

This problem affects only those users on old versions of macOS that have ceased being supported by Apple.
