Please show us a screen-shot (in PNG format) of the application "Avid Link" (not your "My Avid" web account) displaying its "Products" page.

In "Avid Link", click "Sync account", and wait for it to turn green momentarily.
If an update is offered for "Avid Link" itself, then install that update.
