New plugins: Select Barline After Last Selected Object and Select Barline Before First Selected Object

New plugins: Select Barline After Last Selected Object and Select Barline Before First Selected Object. Category Selection, Version 01.07.00.

These plugins will only run in Sibelius Ultimate 2018.7 or later.

Both plugins are included in the zip file for Select Barline After Last Selected Object, and both are installed at the same time. Select Barline Before First Selected Object requires that Select Barline After Last Selected Object is installed, and both plugins require that the plugin cmdutils (Category Developers' Tools) is installed. Use File>Plug-ins>Install Plug-ins to install each of these plugins.

Select Barline After Last Selected Object will select either the Special Barline or the default barline *after* a selected object in the last selected bar. Select Barline Before First Selected Object will select either the Special Barline or the default barline *before* a selected object in the first selected bar. If the selection is not a passage selection, the selected objects are sorted so the object chosen will be the first or last selected object in score order.

I expect these plugins will make it easier to select a specific barline without having to click exactly on the barline. You can click on a bar or on any object with the bar, and the plugin will select the appropriate barline. There are no options, and no dialog.

These are the first plugins I have published that are capable of selecting a default (non-special) barline. They are both dedicated to Ilkay Bora Oder, who asked me if it would be possible to write such plugins, and while I was explaining why it was not possible I figured out how to do it.
