Time signature question

Apologies, I'm unsure of the technical term for what I would like to achieve and, therefore, am unable to search for this requirement. I know how to create time signatures with beaming that conveys the grouping of the beats (e.g. 9/8 as 3+2+2+2) but would also like to have time signatures showing the same divisions. For example, instead of 7/8:

3+2+2
8

Is this possible in Sibelius?

Yes it's possible: just do exactly that. In the Time Signature dialogue, enter Numerator 3+2+2+2, Denominator 8.

Hey rsraby,

Press T, then 3+2+2, then TAB, then 8, then ENTER. Click on the left side of the measure you want it to begin in.
