Hello everyone. I regularly encounter the problem of using the decimal point in the program settings.

Copying and pasting decimal values does not work.

Using a dot or comma on any keyboard layout is not possible — the character is not entered.

Changing the language of the program does not help.

Completely reinstalling the program does not help.

Searching for a solution on the Internet led me to one message from a user who faced a similar problem, and so far no one has responded to this request.

I really need a solution.

What you describe happens if:
Windows "Settings" -> "Time and Language" -> "Region" -> "Regional format" is set to certain formats other than "United Kingdom" or "United States".

To get Sibelius to work:
- quit Sibelius;
- set "Regional format" to a UK or US one;
- launch Sibelius.
