Photoscore pickup bar timing error

Photoscore does not seem to understand timing on pickup introductory bar. I find this happens repeatedly when I import scanned sheet music. I have not been able to figure out how to correct. Most frustrating as this should be a simple thing for it to get right. Appreciated any advice on how to correct this error?

See the PhotoScore User Guide section "Pick-up (upbeat) / irregular bars". In my copy, page 33.

Sometimes it's easier to just delete a problem measure in Photoscore and reconstruct it when the score reaches Sibelius.
