* Independent Dynamic Parts — Produce parts for individual players from a combined staff in a score
* Keyboard shortcuts export — Search your shortcuts and export all of them in a handy HTML file for easy reference
* Plus, get many other enhancements, improvements, and fixes across the app
I am thrilled to hear of the implementation of a burgeoning Decondense function which will gradually become automated it seems, according to https://www.scoringnotes.com/reviews/sibelius-2023-5/. I have been waiting decades for this, and Dorico unfortunately delivered its opposite - a Condense function - which was anathema in its workflow for me.
When the time comes, I look forward to reading of the return of true Full Screen, which was sadly abandoned in Sibelius 7.
With the newly-released NotePerformer 4 offering control of deep sample libraries from inside Sibelius, exciting new days are ahead!

I've just downloaded 2023.5 update and wish I could test these new features but Sibelius crash each time I load the program.
Where is the problem ? Sibelius or my OS (Mac Ventura 13.3.1 (a))?

We cannot tell, because of a lack of information.
The screen-shots above are of no assistance, because they are not screen-shots of Sibelius, but of the crash reporter.
At what stage does Sibelius crash?
Does Sibelius get as far as the QuickStart window?
If not, look at the lower left-hand corner of the splash screen, which reports the stage of the launch now being undertaken. What is the most recent progress message before the crash.
The most likely reason for a crash during launch is that one or more of the VST or AU plug-ins is no longer compatible with the current macOS.

yes sorry Robin, I gave very little info on the problem I'm experiencing as I was so disappointed.
The application crashes right from the start when checking audio devices, before reaching the quick start window. So your hypothesis seems to be the right one. However, I don't know how to update VST or AU pug-ins. I thought it was done automatically with the system or software update.
As you can see, my computer knowledge is very limited (just the basics...).

It is the user's responsibility to keep their software up-to-date. For each installed AU or VST, you should check with the manufacturer's support site for updates.

I have discovered an issue I cannot solve with the new separated dynamic parts. You cannot cue from player 1 into the player 2 part. This is very common in orchestral music. Am I missing something?
