I have been using Sibelius with my iMac for some while now and have never before encountered this problem. I can still input notes from my midi keyboard but when I press command+K to enter chords from my midi keyboard nothing appears on my music although the cursor moves on to the next quarter note as if it has registered the chord. Any suggestions?

What version of macOS is being used?
What version number of Sibelius is being used?
Has what you are trying to do ever worked before?
Roughly when did it stop working?
