Sadly and embarrassingly today I’ve wasted a huge amount of trying to locate the folder containing the manuscript paper. I’m on a Mac Platform OS Ventura V 13.2.1 (22D68)- 3.3 GHz Intel Core i5 - 40 gig of ram - Sib. V 2023.2 build 1985
For some reason my trusty search ~/Library/Application Support/Avid/Sibelius/Manuscript Paper/ into finder doesn’t bring the illusive folder to my attention. I’ve searched older version folders such as SIb. 6 and 7 etc. as well as the current one too, does anyone have any idea of the error of my ways and ease my frustration?
Thanks in advance.

Are you asking about the folder where your custom Manuscript Papers are saved? That is:
~/Library/Application Support/Avid/Sibelius/Manuscript Paper/
where ~/Library/ is the User Library, not the /Library/ at the root of the system volume.
Or are you asking where the supplied default Manuscript Papers are stored?
In the latter case, they no longer exist, and all supplied default Manuscript Papers are generated dynamically in real time as required.

Sibelius 2023.2/7.5.1/7.1.3/6.2/5.2.5, PhotoScore Ult 2020.1, Windows 10 64-bit 16GB. Desktop, and Microsoft Surface Book.
Sorry not to be clear - I'm seeking to locate the folder where my custom Manuscript Papers are saved.
I've just tried again inserting ~/Library/Application Support/Avid/Sibelius/Manuscript Paper/ into Finder, with no success. I do know that ~ is important in the search.
I'm beginning to think that my custom Manuscript Papers are saved away in a folder alongside the Maltese Falcon!
