Moving notes between staves, keyboard shortcut no longer working?

Hi, since the latest update (or by chance around that time) I'm not able to move individual notes between staves anymore. It used to be Ctrl+Shift+Up/Down if I remember correctly. Was this feature disabled?
I tried with existing and new scores, and tried the Windows repair and also reinstalled. I'm on PC using the Artist version.

The "Artist" tier of Sibelius has never supported cross-staff beaming.

You need Sibelius Ultimate for that feature.

Thanks for clarifying! So if I have a score that I created using the free trial (with cross-staff beams) I can't keep editing it after I decided to pay for the licence? There's not even an option to reset all notes to the staff that they originally belonged to, meaning I will have to essentially reenter the entire score. I understand the reasoning behind versions with different availability of features, but this seems like a particularly predatory subscription model..

The 30-day "trial" was of Sibelius Ultimate. There is no possibility to take a trial of Sibelius Artist. If you purchased the Sibelius Artist tier, then you will experience many missing features compared with the Ultimate that you trialled.
