Hello everyone,

I’m trying to activate a 2nd copy of Sibelius Ultimate 2020.9 through Avid Link. Under license it says:

perpetual expires 2023
License status: syncing

Can’t click use license. I entered the System/Activation ID manually when I click activate it reads:

Activation Failed 101 Seat count failed on system ID

Does anyone know what this means? How can I get this activated?

It means that you have exhausted your allowance of two Sibelius activations on different computers, and you are now attempting to activate a third.

Maybe you need to de-activate Sibelius on some older computer.
