Hello! I have Sibelius Ultimate (2020.12), and my files will not open on my new MacBook Pro running on Catalina 10.15.7. (Error message attached.) I've reviewed the Avid Knowledge Base, and it looks like Sibelius is only supported on Catalina versions 10.15.1 - 10.15.4. Is this why I can't open my files? If so, how should I proceed? I could upgrade to Big Sur. Is Sibelius 2020.12 supported on the current version of Big Sur (11.1)? Thank you!

That message suggests that the score concerned is corrupt, and cannot be opened.

Sibelius 2020.12 is supported all the way through Catalina and Big Sur: that is not the problem.

Try pulling down the Apple menu, selecting "Restart", then try again, and report back.
