Hi,

I'm using 2018.5 on a MacBook Pro (running Big Sur 11.1). My dynamic keyboard shortcuts no longer work despite how many times I've reset my keyboard and my keyboard shortcuts in the Sibelius preferences. When I hit ⌘ + E and then ⌘ + F, for example, my computer enters the "Find" window. The same is true for ⌘ + E and ⌘ + P.

If you have macOS 11.x Big Sur, then you must use Sibelius version 2020.6 or higher. See https://avid.secure.force.com/pkb/articles/en_US/compatibility/Sibelius-Operating-System-Compatibility-Chart

and to quote Robin Walker (our local guru):

"Under macOS 11.x Big Sur, Sibelius version number 2020.6 or higher is required. Earlier versions might not be completely compatible.

Versions of Sibelius earlier than 2018.11 are particularly badly incompatible.

There are no work-arounds or fixes, and there never will be.

These problems were not made by Avid: they were made by Apple."
