Can't open Sibelius or Avid

One day I tried to open Sibelius and it said I had to activate it and open Avid Link. When I try to open Avid Link, it says "Computer's clock has been set back. Application can not continue to work and will be terminated." How do I fix this problem?

You have to double click "AvidAppManHelper" and "Avid Link" in Activity monitor to show its dialogue boxes then click > Quit > Force Quit
