My video generator keeps coming up with 'Video Failed', does anyone have a work-around for this? Thanks in advance!!

What version number of Sibelius?
What version of operating system?

Please attach a Sibelius .sib score file which demonstrates a failure to export to video, and attach a screen-shot of the error message.
