We are working on an arrangement but when I push the small cross on the top right of the screen I am picking up some parts and full score fine, but other parts don't appear,just a blue screen. I will attach the score and hopefully someone can tell me what we are doing wrong.
Also I deleted a Trombone part on this score but now it is all crammed up where it should use the whole page??

If you can only see the 'desktop' when you open a part, try pressing [ctrl/cmd]0 (zero, top line of main keyboard).

To do this quickly, with a part open, hold [ctrl] and press # then 0 alternately until you get back to the score.

Find the Home key on your computer. That will re-center a page that has drifted off-screen.

To fill the page of your Full Score, make the setting shown in the attached screenshot.

Better still, make your score Landscape.That way, you get more measures per page, less pages to print.
OT, if this is for standard brass band, soprano & repiano cornets are missing.

Thanks very much for all your help all. Easy diagram to fix score size and now have all parts but woops...we used the instruments Sibelius gave us (I think). Our band does not have a soprano cornet but we need the Rep cornet.To add it should be simple ie add or remove instruments- brass or all instruments BUT I can't find repiano cornet (not even in the search box). Sorry but I can't figure it out.

No. Add a normal cornet in Bb and rename it.
