Sibelius/ Sibelius Ultimate Tutorial Projects

First I bought just Sibelius (not Sibelius First) then I upgraded to Ultimate because I am unable to open an editable version of Project 1's - Scarborough Fair in either version. I can only get "Read Only" versions of the score so I am unable to complete the tutorial project.

Anyone have a solution to my dilema?
