SVG Export missing fonts in IOS

My score exported tot SVG on a Website looks fine, but in iOS (iphone and iPad) the music fonts are missing. The other fonts (title etc.) also, but are substituted in regular fonts. What could be the problem? (I have te latest Sibelius in Windows)

SVG format graphics files do not embed fonts with them. So an exported SVG file can only work on a system that has the required fonts already installed.

You need to process your SVG in a scalable graphics manipulation application (such as Adobe Illustrator) so that the font-based parts of the SVG image are converted to their basic outlines, and no longer reference a font. Then save as a new SVG, which will work anywhere.
