I have subscribed to sibelius annually by a monthly payment. I have completed my first payment, however I soon realized that my balance on my visa card will soon be depleted, and I wish to cancel my subscription.

When I say I want to cancel my subscription, I do not require a refund - I have read the terms and conditions, plus I have already used it for what I needed it for.

However, am I allowed to stop the monthly recurring payment? Otherwise when does it stop? Do I need to deactivate my account?

Any help is appreciated.

Hi, I also have the same problem as M1K37. but I am paying the annual education Sibelius ultimate monthly. I want to cancel my subscription and I don't require a refund. And I have also finished using it for what I needed.

Will to be possible to stop the monthly payments? If so I'd be grateful for the help.

I have my perpetual license already. Why was I still charged??

You were not charged for your Perpetual Licence.
You were charged for the annual renewal of the Support and Update Plan. which provides you with:
- periodic updates of Sibelius;
- online support portal;
- Cloud Sharing.
