Acceptable affiliates of the above including: Museums, Hospitals, Labs (i.e. Stanford Hospital); Non-profit organizations as defined in Section 501 (c) (3) of the U.S. Internal Revenue Code of 1986, as amended
b. Acceptable Individuals: Faculty, staff and employees of the above acceptable institutions and organizations. Currently enrolled students (post secondary students enrolled in degree and certificate granting schools only) of Jr. Colleges, Community Colleges, Private and State Colleges, Universities, and accredited Vocational Schools. Furthermore, Students, faculty and staff are limited to purchase one copy of each software title on this price list. Software purchased under this program is for non-commercial use only.
Required documentation:
i. For schools and institutions: An institution's purchase order shall be considered valid school identification. A copy of an organization's Section 501 (c) (3) determination from the Internal Revenue Service shall suffice to establish non-profit status.
ii. For students: an individual's current (validated for the current term) school, college or university identification card.
iii. For teachers and staff members (applies to SFS level dealers ONLY): Currently teaching or on staff at a college, university, or K-12 school. Official and current teacher/faculty ID must be presented at point of sale.
