Error E301 indicates that you have specified the incorrect number of network seats for your given serial number. Please follow the steps below to rectify this problem.

Are you using the correct serial number?

The Licence Server will only run correctly with a network serial number, which usually start with the letters SCMM, SCEW, or SCEG.

Are you specifying the correct number of network seats?
