646: How install Sibelius silently on Windows

This article describes how to install Sibelius silently on a school network. You can install Sibelius from a command line with switches to include the Sibelius serial number and IP address of the server and install silently, saving you the work of going round each client machine typing this in many times. There's no msi installer for Sibelius but the below allows you to package Sibelius up and send it round all the computers on your network.
