Attaching a File to a new Case
When you redeem your ASC, you are given a form to fill in with various details regarding your technical support request. At the very bottom of this form is a place for you to upload a file that is relevant to your case.
Attaching a File to a Pre-Existing Case
To attach a file to a pre-existing case, you can simply reply to our support e-mail with an e-mail attachment, just like you would to a friend or colleague.
