627: Running Sibelius 6 with the Sibelius Licence Server 6.1.5

If you have purchased a Sibelius 6 network site license or upgrade recently, you may have received a Sibelius 6.1.1 DVD-ROM and a Sibelius Licence Server 6.1.5 CD-ROM.

There is a minor incompatibility between Sibelius 6.1 and version 6.1.5 of the Sibelius Licence Server, which is that the Classroom Control window in Sibelius will not show any client computers if the versions are mismatched. In all other respects the Licence Server will work as expected.

The recommended solution is to update both Sibelius 6 and the Sibelius Licence Server to Sibelius 6.2. You can download updated versions from these pages:
