489: Keypad, Navigator, Mixer or Playback windows are stuck at the top of the screen or missing

You may find your Keypad, Navigator, Mixer and/or Playback windows get stuck off the top of your screen and you can't get to the top of them to drag them back down, or they have disappeared completely. This article includes details of how to reset the positions of these windows on the screen.
