456: Exporting EPS files for Adobe Illustrator using Type 1 (PostScript) fonts

Adobe Illustrator has a limitation whereby it cannot correctly open EPS files containing an embedded subset of font characters in Type 1 (PostScript) fonts if those fonts are not installed on the computer on which Adobe Illustrator is running.

When opening the EPS file, an error message will appear, informing you that fonts used in the EPS file cannot be found, and that other fonts will be substituted.

To work around this limitation in Adobe Illustrator, either use the standard Sibelius TrueType fonts when creating EPS files, or install the Type 1 (PostScript) fonts on the computer on which you are using Illustrator.
