43: Printing - eighth-note (quaver) tails missing with Epson printers

Some music symbols were missing with some printer drivers (e.g. Epson and HP DeskJet) - the fault of the printer drivers, not Sibelius! Fixed in versions of Sibelius later than v1.105. If you're still using this version, get an upgrade.
