42: Playback - doesn't play, but Test in the Devices dialog does work

In Sibelius 4, switch off unused devices in the Play > Playback and Input Devices dialog by setting them to No in the Use column.

In Sibelius 3 and earlier, switch off unused devices in the Play > Devices dialog (Play/Flexi-time > Equipment in Sibelius 1.x) by setting them to No in the Use column.
