395: Corrected unpitched percussion map listing for Kontakt Player Gold

The complete listing of the unpitched percussion sounds at the back of the Kontakt Player Gold User Guide uses a different convention for numbering octaves than Sibelius itself.

A note listed as C3 in the Kontakt Player User Guide should be entered as C4 in Sibelius's Edit Staff Type dialog.

For convenience, we have produced a revised listing of the Kontakt Player Gold unpitched percussion map, using the same convention for numbering octaves as Sibelius.
