38: Fermatas (pauses) - attaching to barlines for extraction into all parts

If you need to enter a lot of these, this workaround should save time:

Create a new system text style (based e.g. on Tempo) called e.g. Fermata with font Opus, size (say) 20pt and a suitable default vertical position. To input a fermata (pause) above a barline, type the letter capital U in Fermata text. The fermatas will then extract into all parts.
