373: Microsoft IntelliPoint 5.0 prevents scroll wheel from working in Sibelius

If you install Microsoft's IntelliPoint 5.0 software, you will find that the scroll wheel on your mouse no longer allows you to scroll the screen in Sibelius, whether View > Scroll Bars is switched on or off.

If you experience this problem, download the previous version of Intellipoint, 4.12, from Microsoft's web site.
