305: Saving MIDI files - extra time signature changes inserted in saved MIDI files

MIDI files exported from Sibelius 2.1 for Windows can sometimes have a number of extra time signature changes erroneously included.

Affected MIDI files will play back without problems, but when the file is opened in a sequencer or reimported into Sibelius, all the barlines will be in the wrong place. Many sequencers allow you to change the barline positions as a solution.

This problem only affects the Windows version of Sibelius 2.1 and is fixed in the free Sibelius 2.11 update, which can be downloaded here.
