289: Part extraction: multirests become squashed or corrupted

Some users have experienced layout corruption when extracting parts from scores in Sibelius 2. The symptoms of this are:

• Multirests appearing outside the right-hand page margin
• Bar rests and multirests crushed together

This problem is fixed in the free Sibelius 2.11 update, which can be downloaded here.
