264: Keyboard shortcuts - assigning shortcuts to lines

The File > Preferences > Keyboard Shortcuts dialog contains a large number of unassigned shortcuts for lines, called e.g. Line 23. You can assign these shortcuts to unused combinations of keys to access lines from the Create > Line dialog quickly.

In Sibelius 3, use these plug-ins to quickly assign a shortcut to a particular line.
