232: Serial number - how to determine your serial number

In Sibelius 3 and later, your serial number appears at the bottom of the Help > About Sibelius dialog (or in the Sibelius > About Sibelius dialog on Mac OS X). In Sibelius 7, the Help menu is part of the File menu on both Mac OS X and Windows.

Your Sibelius serial number is also printed on the back of the case that your original Sibelius CD-ROM came in. Don't lose this CD-ROM case, as without your serial number you will have problems reinstalling or re-registering Sibelius.

If you have lost your CD-ROM case and your serial number, contact technical support by filling in this form. In the interests of security, you may be asked for proof of purchase and identity before you can be given your serial number.
