23: Program changes - not working correctly

The Sibelius User Guide edition 1.22 incorrectly states that program change MIDI messages should be entered as text objects with the form Pbank/number, but in fact they should be entered as Pbank,number (i.e. with a comma as the separator, not a slash). Note also that program numbers always count from 0, even if your equipment's manual states that they count from 1.

The Sibelius 2 (and later) User Guides give the correct advice. Get an upgrade.
