221: Upgrading - my Upgrade Code is incorrect or missing

If, when installing your Sibelius upgrade, you get an error telling you that your Upgrade Code is incorrect, or for some reason you cannot find your upgrade code (which should be printed on a label on the side of your upgrade box) contact technical support for assistance, including your original Sibelius serial number, which you can find on the back of the CD-ROM case from the version of Sibelius you originally purchased.
