209: Installing Sibelius and the Sibelius demo - need to install Microsoft Common Controls update

Sibelius requires your computer to have the latest version of the Microsoft Common Controls libraries installed. Computers with Internet Explorer 5 or higher will already have the correct version of these libraries installed.

If, when you start Sibelius or the Sibelius demo, you see an error message telling you that you need to reinstall Sibelius to install the updated Common Controls, you should instead download and install the update here.
