187: Percussion - open hi-hat not shown in User Guide drum mapping diagram

The diagram on page 343 of the Sibelius 2 User Guide showing the default drum mapping omits the open hi-hat, which is defined in Sibelius 2's drum set as a cross notehead at pitch G#5 (i.e. the space above the top line of the staff).

However, Sibelius 2's default drum map is incorrect in that the open hi-hat should use a diamond notehead rather than a cross notehead. You can correct this from House Style > Edit Staff Types.
