Are there keyboard shortcuts for moving accidentals and rhythm dots?

Solution:
Yes - the shortcuts are the same as for moving a note, rest or the end of a tie, namely Shift-Option-left/right arrow or Shift+Alt+left/right arrow, with Command or Ctrl for larger steps.
