184: Subbracket - single line appears which cannot be dragged

Problem:
If, when you create a subbracket, you seem to get just a line appearing which you can't drag, this occurs because a subbracket is not drawn when on a single staff.

Solution:
Switch on View > Hidden Objects, then drag the subbracket.
