160: Hiding objects - when I delete a rest or hide an object it doesn't disappear

Deleted rests and hidden objects remain visible while selected, but they will disappear when you deselect (by selecting something else or hitting Esc). If a gray object remains, this is because View > Hidden Objects is switched on; the hidden object will not however print.
