156: Repitching - seems to change note values

The way repitching works has been changed so that you can either input new music over the top of existing music, or repitch existing music. By default it inputs new music - you can tell this is happening because the normal inputting caret appears. To repitch, select the first note, switch off its note value from the keypad (to indicate that you’re not inputting note values), then play or type pitches as normal. You can tell that repitching is happening because a dashed caret appears.
