Please include as much information as possible, for example:

  • Steps to reproduce the problem.
  • Helpful screenshots (Windows | Mac).
  • A copy of the score you're working on, or an excerpt if you won't want to share the whole score.
  • Your research into the problem so far: include links to knowledge base articles, other forum posts, or external sites.

Signature template

Below is a template that you can use in your Sibelius forum signature (and any other forum for that matter!). It is designed to quickly give other forum members an overview of your setup, which will help them to help you.

Signature hints

  • Include the version of Sibelius you use, and some basic information about your computer (platform, OS, CPU, RAM, and any other special hardware).
  • Don't make your signature longer than four lines (it's bad netiquette).
  • Don't include any HTML tags.
  • It's fine to include your website, but please remember this is a forum for discussion of Sibelius, not a sales platform!
